What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Alenia offers free shipping within Spain and Portugal. Our goal is for you to purchase the dress at home in your own time. The delivery time within Spain is 1 to 2 business days.

The shipping process starts once your order is received and processed. The shipment will only be processed during normal working days (i.e. Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). If your order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Deliveries to the Balearic islands cost 10.15€ + iva, and the shipping time is 2 to 3 working days.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, are routed through Correos, and will cost 10.33€ + iva. Estimated shipping duration is 7 working days.

Deliveries to the United Kingdom, France and Italy will cost 14,50€ + iva Estimated shipping duration is 2 to 4 working days.

Deliveries to Portugal will cost 6€ tax included.

Deliveries to all other European countries will cost 29,50€ +iva.

    All shipping is handled by a third party company, ENVIALIA. You can follow and track the status of your shipment on their website by simply entering the tracking number received when your order was placed.


Once the shipment has left our dispatch facility, it is not possible to change or alter the delivery address.

Alenia cannot be held responsible for the failure to meet the delivery durations above due to: Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, omission of delivery information supplied by the customer, the non availability of a person to receive the shipment at the delivery address, incorrect phone number supplied by the customer, force majeure or local events beyond our knowledge and control.

 What is the return policy? 

You are welcome to return your order within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of your item.

You can request a refund for the amount paid for the garment provided that: the garment is returned in its original packaging, the garment has all its labels intact and the garment shows no indication that is has been used. In case of not meeting the aforementioned requirements, Alenia reserves the right of not accepting the return of the item. During the Black Friday period, exchanges of garments prior to this promotion will not be accepted. 

What do I do in order to return an order?

If you have registered as a member, and created a user account on the Alenia website, enter the Customer Area on our website. In this area you can request a return your items.

If you have not registered as a member on our website, please send a mail detailing the product you wish to return and the order reference number to . We will reply with the steps you will be required to complete in order to return your order, and the costs associated with the return.

Can I change the product for another size?

Yes of course! Simply send an email to requesting your required size. Once we confirm the availability of your size, we will indicate the steps you should follow in order to exchange you garment. No shipping cost will be associated with exchanges inside peninsula. 

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and accepted, you will receive the amount owed by the same means which you made your original purchase (i.e. debit card / credit card, etc.)

The transfer will be received by yourself between 2 to 14 working days, dependent on you bank and payment method used.

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us by calling +34 600 484 633 or by sending us an email to indicating your order number, name of person who made the purchase, and the name of the product purchased and a description of the defect or incorrect item. We will reply with the steps you will then be required to follow.
